In order to provide our agenda management services, we collect the following types of data:
Account Information: When you are assigned a user account (Administrator or Manager), we store your name, email address, and encrypted password.
Organization Data: We store your Organization ID (CDS Code) to ensure strict data separation and tenancy. This ensures you only access agendas relevant to your specific organization.
Agenda Content: We store the meeting dates, times, locations, and documents (PDFs/attachments) you upload to the system.
Technical Data: We use standard cookies to maintain your login session while you are using the Manager Portal.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information solely for the purpose of operating the AgendaCast platform:
To authenticate your identity and grant access to the Manager Portal.
To generate and display public-facing agendas for your organization.
To maintain the security and integrity of the software.
3. Data Sharing & Security
We do not sell your data. Your information is only shared with the underlying infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting services) necessary to keep the website running.
We implement standard security measures, including password encryption and role-based access control, to protect your data.
4. Your Rights
As a user of this software, you have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you or request its deletion. Please contact your Organization Administrator or email support at support@axiomanalytix.com for assistance.
5. Mobile Messaging Terms
If you opt-in to receive SMS notifications from Truancy Hunter℠, we collect your mobile phone number to send meeting updates and board announcements.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code or long code provided in our messages. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@axiomanalytix.com.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
